"Pale yellow in color with greenish tones and a fine bubble forming a persistent crown. The aromas on the nose are fresh, ranging from white fruit such as pear and apple, to tropical fruit like pineappleand plum. Notes of acidic fruit like grapefruit and nuts are also perceived. On the palate, there is a fresh and indulgent opening, with a tasteful balance between sweetness and acidity. Fruity notes of acidic and white fruit appear in the finish." Winemaker's Notes
