"The botrytis-infected Aszu grapes are collected individually by hand followed by a three-day soaking in the base wine. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is transferred to Hungarian oak barrels, where it is aged for two years, Its honeyed character is not only strongly expressed in its rich body but also in its aroma. This is accompanied by aromas of apricot, citrus, cherry and dried fruit, which reach all the way to the end of the sip. They are supported by a minerality and a refined acidity." Winemaker's Notes
