"Each year Mr. Cristiani selects the best grapes of Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Moscato from the Monferrato Region of Italy. Asteggiana Grappa is produced using the old system of distillation known as Bain-Marie, where the marc is heated in copper stills then allowed to cool, releasing the infusion's full flavor and aroma.
