2 oz Grays Peak vodka
1 oz Cayman Reef Kona coffee liqueur
1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
1/2 oz Master of Mixes simple syrup
Coffee beans (for garnish)
Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the Grays Peak vodka, Cayman Reef Kona coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and Master of Mixes simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15 seconds to create a frothy texture.
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a few coffee beans on top of the foam and enjoy your delicious espresso martini!
